5. WHO CAN ACCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

- Microsoft Advertising;
- Meta Ads;

- Courts, administrative authorities, advisors, auditors, chartered accountants, auditors, lawyers, bailiffs, or debt collection companies when access is necessary.
Depending on the service concerned and how the Data is used, some of these partners may act as a Processor of MKD WORD S.L, a joint Controller, or an independent Controller. Their role depends on the service used and the applicable contractual terms.
MKD WORD S.L does not sell its Users’ personal data.
6. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
Data is kept only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it is processed.
