Subscription terms
GENERAL SUBSCRIPTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS (GSTC)
The Company offers a non-binding subscription service that provides its users with access to additional services not available (or incurring extra costs) for regular customers. These services include unlimited chat access, online cloud storage, as well as privileged access to our guides and online support. If you are a new customer, you can sign up for a trial period that is automatically renewed but can be cancelled at any time during the trial. You may cancel your paid subscription, or prevent your trial period from converting into a paid subscription, at any time from your account or on the cancellation page.
Note: Cancelling the service immediately ends your subscriber-only privileges. If your trial has ended without your knowledge, your subscription fee may be fully refunded upon request to our customer service, provided that you have not used any services included in the subscription. If the subscription was used during the trial, the company is not obliged to refund the fee.
1.1. Subscription Services
AI-ChatPro: The Client has unlimited access to the intelligent assistant AI-ChatPro, available online to instantly respond to requests and assist with daily tasks.
Cloud & History: The Client has access to a secure Cloud space, allowing them to retrieve the history of their discussions with AI-ChatPro, access previous requests, and review them at any time from their Client Area.
Customer Support: The Company provides a support service with advisors available by phone, email, and chat for any questions related to the account or the use of the Services. The Client can contact support Monday to Friday from 9am to 7pm, and Saturday from 10am to 3pm (France time).
2.1. These GSTC define all terms under which the company offers services for sale on the website. They apply to any subscription or one-time service purchase.
2.2. The client acknowledges and confirms having read, understood, and accepted these GSTC in their entirety, without reservation, prior to any purchase or subscription.
2.3. Subscription or purchase constitutes acceptance of these GSTC.
2.4. Any opposing conditions set by the client, unless expressly accepted by the company, are unenforceable regardless of when brought to its attention.
2.5. The company’s failure to enforce any provision at a given time shall not be interpreted as a waiver of that provision.
3.1. Prices are listed in euros (EUR), including all taxes, in the service descriptions on the website.
3.2. The total amount is shown in the order summary before the client accepts the GSTC, confirms the order, enters billing details, and proceeds with payment.
3.3. All website orders must be paid in full in euros (EUR) at the time of purchase.
3.4. Subscription implies authorization for automatic debit. The first payment is made at the end of the trial period. For subscriptions without a trial, payment is due upon order confirmation.
3.5. The website uses a secure payment system provided by a specialized provider. Transactions are encrypted and confidential. Full card details are never shared with the company.
3.6. The client guarantees that they are authorized to use the payment method used.
3.7. The company reserves the right to suspend or cancel subscriptions or orders in the event of non-payment, partial payment, payment incident, or suspected fraud.
4.1. After subscription or purchase, the client may contact customer service for assistance, clarification, or complaints.
4.2. Customer service is available Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. (France time).
5.1. In accordance with Article L.121-25 of the French Consumer Code, the client acknowledges that services will be executed before the legal withdrawal period ends and expressly waives their right of withdrawal.
5.2. The client has a 48-hour period from the order confirmation (for subscriptions with trial offers) to request cancellation via phone, chat, or email.
5.3. “Satisfied or Refunded” Option: Clients may request a refund of one or more subscription months if dissatisfied. Requests must be made via phone, chat, or email.
5.4. Refunds for cancellations within the 48-hour trial period or under the "Satisfied or Refunded" guarantee will be processed via the same payment method used. The company is not responsible for failed refunds due to changes in banking details. In such cases, the client must contact the company or their bank. No refund will be granted if the client is found to have committed fraud (e.g., false card loss declaration). In such cases, the client remains liable for all due amounts.
6.1. Subscriptions are non-binding and can be canceled at any time via email, chat, phone, or directly from the client’s account.
6.2. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, which remains due. Once canceled, access to the client area and services is revoked.
