How do I cancel my account?

This is a chatbot powered by artificial intelligence, capable of understanding and responding in a contextual and relevant way thanks to advanced algorithms. If the chatbot does not respond correctly or does not do what you ask, do not hesitate to contact our support to get help.
Do I lose access to the chat if I cancel my subscription?
No, canceling your subscription does not result in immediate loss of access. You will retain full access to your account and all features for the remaining duration of your subscription. For the €0.50 48-hour trial offer, access to the chat is disabled immediately upon cancellation. However, if a refund request is made and approved, access to the chat will also be disabled.

To benefit from unlimited use and access other features such as cloud storage, image generation and account sharing, you must subscribe to the paid offer.
